I am 43 and have been on my own fitness journey for 28 years. At age 37 I started to notice I was getting board with my training.

Some days my head was in it but my body wasn't. Other days my body was in it but my head wasn't. It felt like my fit, healthy body was fighting me and I was on the losing side.

I chatted with my bestie who confirmed I was crazy and "everyone" feels this way at our AGE.

I chatted with chatGPT who confirmed this is normal for my AGE and I should see a doctor, so I did. Guess what, he also confirm my its probably just my AGE! WTF lol.

I knew age was going to play a part at some point, but I refused to give in. I did what every normal fit women would do... I pushed harder. I ate less and avoided my age all together.

It wasn't until friends & clients started telling me I look exhausted & stressed, which is the nicest way to tell someone they look like sh&t lol.

One Friday while coaching, one of my dearest clients gave me a book to read, Level Up by Dr. Stacey Sims.

2 chapters in and I the lights turned on. Sarah!!! you are NOT training according to my age. I was over training and under recovered.

I was looking at my age from a negative stand point instead of a positive strength stand point. I am way stronger and in better shape than I was in my 20's, obvisouly, but my body doesn't recover like it use too.

If I truly wanted to have hard training sessions and build a body that doesn't break, I needed to implement proper recovery.

6 years of proper recovery paired with quality sessions and the results I was chancing so hard for years are finally here.

It is possible to build muscle, increase endurance and feel sexy in the 40's-- you just need the right structure.

How does the Strong Body Crew membership work?

When you join Strong Body Crew, you'll receive access to live training sessions and a library of pre-recorded workouts.

Your membership runs on a monthly subscription, and you'll continue to have access to the workouts and community as long as your membership is active.

Before accessing the workouts, members are required to sign a standard fitness waiver acknowledging responsibility for exercising safely.

Are there refunds?
